On February 26, 2026, the Central Directorate of the National Association of Veterans of the Brazilian Expeditionary Force (ANVFEB) held a solemn session to officially open its year of cultural activities, celebrate the 81st anniversary of the Taking of Monte Castelo by the FEB, and inaugurate its new Board of Directors.
For the 2026-2027 term, Professor Dr. Daniel Mata Roque, treasurer of ABRADHENF, took office as President of the Central Board, and Professor Israel Blajberg as President of the Deliberative Council. New directors and council members also assumed their roles.
And Professor Dr. Margarida Rocha Bernardes, a member of the Fiscal Council of ABRADHENF, assumed the position of Vice-President of the Deliberative Council of ANVFEB-DC.
